Idris- my son's name!!! Love that! I love that they are involved in their staff's life to some degree. Believe it or not, it helps more than people know. More supervisors/leaders need to take an interest in their team's lives beyond the work place, it could actually create a better team member. ok ok ijs...But about that date, if Racie don't shut her down now ijs about that!!!!!
